Our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and flexible learning experience for every family. The policies below help ensure smooth scheduling, fairness, and clear communication for everyone involved.
By enrolling in services with A360 Driving School, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Use of Our Services
A360 Driving School LLC provides:
Driver Education services
private driving lessons
behind-the-wheel instruction
online classroom instruction
Driver Education administrative reporting and certification services
By registering for services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Students must meet applicable Mississippi eligibility requirements related to permits, licensing, and Driver Education participation.
Scheduling & Availability
Driving lesson scheduling is based on instructor availability. While A360 Driving School works to provide flexible scheduling options, specific dates and times are not guaranteed.
Families are encouraged to schedule lessons promptly after enrollment to secure preferred availability.
If available lesson times do not reasonably work for your schedule after purchase, please contact A360 Driving School to discuss possible accommodations.
Payment Policy
Payment is required before scheduling driving lessons or accessing Driver Education services.
Payments for lesson packages and Driver Education programs may be processed through approved payment and scheduling platforms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if a driving lesson needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to forfeiture or cancellation fees at the discretion of A360 Driving School.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in limited scheduling availability.
No-Show Policy
If a student is unavailable, absent, or unable to participate at the scheduled lesson time without prior notice, the lesson may be considered forfeited.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Unused lesson balances may be eligible for partial refunds depending on:
services already completed
administrative costs
online course registration fees
scheduling commitments already made
Completed driving lessons and completed portions of Driver Education services are non-refundable.
Driver Education Course Access
Driver Education students are expected to actively work through the online classroom curriculum within a reasonable timeframe.
It is recommended that students complete most or all of the online classroom portion before beginning behind-the-wheel instruction.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Free pick-up and drop-off is offered within A360 Driving School’s standard service area.
Certain locations outside the standard service area may require alternate meeting arrangements.
Student Safety & Conduct
Safety is the top priority during all instruction.
Students are expected to:
follow instructor directions
behave respectfully
wear seat belts at all times
avoid the use of drugs, alcohol, or other impairing substances before lessons
Driver education and motor vehicle operation involve inherent risks. A360 Driving School provides instruction designed to help students become safer and more confident drivers, but individual outcomes and driving performance cannot be guaranteed.
A360 Driving School reserves the right to end a lesson early if safety concerns arise.
Weather & Emergency Conditions
Lessons may be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, vehicle issues, illness, or emergencies.
If A360 Driving School must reschedule a lesson for safety reasons, families will be contacted as soon as possible.
Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that A360 Driving School LLC may contact you regarding:
scheduling
driving lesson appointments
reminders
enrollment information
service updates
customer support
Communication may occur through phone calls, emails, text messages, scheduling systems, or automated reminders.
Message and data rates may apply for text messages. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of A360 Driving School LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Third-Party Services
A360 Driving School may use third-party platforms and services for scheduling, payments, online coursework, communication, and forms. These providers may process information according to their own policies and terms.
